District 3 Participatory Budgeting Fest
On April 14, 2018, NOCD-NY collaborated with Friends of the High Line and NYC Council Member (now Speaker) Cory Johnson’s Office to help organize and produce District 3 Participatory Budgeting Fest. Located at Dr. Gertrude B. Kelly Playground in Chelsea, the event included nine arts and cultural activities for district residents to celebrate the participatory budgeting process and cast votes for their favorite neighborhood improvement projects.
