2015 Tour Season: Los Sures and Bedford Stuyvesant

Thank you to Joe Matunis, Miguel Hernandez, Pastor Ben McKelahan and El Puente for offering a comprehensive tour of Los Sures (the Southside of Williamsburg) on Saturday, August 8, 2015. We visited murals, reflected on industrial architecture, and climbed a narrow stairwell to inhabit an after school art studio in the steeple of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church (pictured, left). Thanks also to artist Adeola Enigbokan for the immersive walking mediation down Marcus Garvey Boulevard in Bedford Stuyvesant on Sunday, June 28. We'll inform you of new tours as they approach!
