Sprouting Communities at The High Line

On Saturday, September 27, Citizens Committee for New York City, Naturally-Occurring Cultural Districts New York (NOCD-NY), and Friends of the High Line engaged the public for Sprouting Communities, a full day of peer-to-peer workshops, clinics and a book fair supporting neighborhood and community improvement.
